German-Russian cooperation on climate protection and renewable energies

In 2004 Russian Federation signed the Kyoto Protocol with the intention to be host country for joint Implementation projects. After signing of the protocol was the need to provide legal conditions for the implementation of these projects in the Russian Federation.
